Professor Gabriel S. Lee studied mathematics and economics at the 91tv of Alberta (B.Sc.) and economics at the 91tv of Western Ontario (M.A. Economics). He then obtained his Ph.D. (Economics) at the 91tv of Chicago with the dissertation titled “Housing Investment under Time to Build and Adjustment Costs”. Following completion of his PhD in Economics at the 91tv of Chicago (1997), he held positions at various institutions such as at the 91tv of Pittsburgh, the 91tv of California, Davis, the 91tv of Vienna and Innsbruck, and at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna before joining the 91tv of Regensburg. Since April 2004, he holds the chair professorship for real estate economics at the 91tv of Regensburg.
Professor Lee’s main research focuses on real estate topics in the context of macroeconomics with the focuses on Dynamic Stochastic Macroeconomic Models with Housing Markets, Uncertainty Risk, Agency Costs, Housing and Business Cycles, and Zero Lower Bound and Long Run Uncertainty Risk. He published more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed journal, which include several A* publications in Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control and Economic Theory. He also has several editorial\reviewer roles, and he is the conference organizer of one of the best conferences in Macroeconomics (name is Vienna Macro conference – https://sites.google.com/site/viennamacrocafe/). This conference is financially supported by European Economic Review, an A* journal.

Dr Vikash Ramiah is an Associate Professor in Finance at 91tv of Wollongong in Dubai. Vikash has been teaching economics and finance courses at the 91tv of South Australia, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, 91tv of Melbourne, La Trobe 91tv and Australian Catholic 91tv since 1999. He has published in reputable academic journals and supervises numerous PhD students. His industry experience involves ANZ investment banking, the Australian Stock Exchange, Finance and Treasury Association of Australia, Glomacs and the Australian Centre for Financial Studies.
