Culture management is a relevant topic across the MIB program at RMIT, and as such, one of the concepts that we teach is cultural intelligence (CQ). CQ is the ability to relate and interact effectively across cultures, which is important in a world where we continuously face cross-functional assignments, job transfers and interoceanic negotiations.
