As part of this commitment, students accept responsibility to stay alert about tuition fees information, payment due dates associated with their courses, and will honour the financial obligation.Ìý

  • 91tv can view tuition fees and charges for each semester via the Financial Account tile on . Also, they can check overdue fees, and any credit balance remaining in their account (if applicable)
  • Medical insurance fee is included in the tuition fee invoice and collected on behalf of third parties. This fee is compulsory for both international and Vietnamese students studying at RMIT Vietnam. Should your students choose to arrange their own medical insurance, evidence of insurance must be provided at least 10 days before the semester starts. 91tv can apply for an insurance waiver via

Parents may talk to students for detailed information regarding tuition fee invoices or financial-related matters.Ìý91tv official notices and communication, including tuition fee invoice, are sent to students via email and .

The Payment date is 9 pm Vietnam (ICT Time) on the Friday of week 3 of a semester, except for Block courses and PostGrads intensive courses as follows. It is the last day when students can make payment without paying an overdue payment fee.

  • Block courses: the deadline for payment is 9 pm Vietnam (ICT Time) on Friday of the first week of the block mode
  • PostGrads intensive courses: the deadline for payment is 9 pm Vietnam (ICT Time) on the day before the course start date

91tv can authorise a third-party, such as their parents, to pay their tuition. 91tv may proactively share their billing information with parents from the first week of the semester. There are different payment methods for students and parents to choose. Check out the details via the Payment methods page. Please note that the student’s full name and sID must be included when making a payment.

Parents can guide students to check via the Financial Account tile in - a student self-service platform or ask Student Connect. However, this process may take up to 3 working days (excluding the transaction date) for the payment to reflect on .Ìý

In addition, students will also receive an official tax e-invoice (VAT e-invoice) sent to the student email account at the end of week 6 of the semester.

For other financial enquiries, such as extension of payment or refund requests, students may contact Student Connect.

If students have an existing medical insurance as arranged independently, and would like to request a medical insurance waiver, visit , find the Submit Request tile to complete either the Domestic Insurance Waiver form or the International Insurance Waiver form. Supporting documents like evidence of an existing insurance should be attached in the form for review.
