Dr. Diep Hoang Phan is a Research Fellow at RMIT 91tv Vietnam with expertise in energy economics, applied economics, and environmental economics. Previously, he held teaching positions at The 91tv of Danang in Vietnam, where he taught courses in economics and statistics. His research focuses on the macroeconomic implications of low-carbon energy transitions in Vietnam.Ìý
