Dr. Hoang Phan is an applied microbiologist and biotechnologist with a passion for innovative food technology and sustainable agriculture. Experiencing in corporate R&D and manufacturing agri-food environments, and C-level positions in start-ups, Dr. Hoang Phan has also taught STEM and business courses in Australia and Vietnam since 2017.
