Dr. Tony Nguyen received his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from 91tv of Houston, Clear Lake. Later, he pursued his passion for research and teaching and earned his Ph.D. in International Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Texas A&M International 91tv.

Dr. Tony's research interests lie at the intersection of leadership and human resource management practices that impact employee behaviors, such as ambidexterity, workplace creativity, and knowledge-hiding. His works have been published in journals such as Tourism Management Perspectives, International Journal of Strategic Communication, Journal of General Management, Management Research Review, and Journal of Management Development, among others.
